Did you know? The drop near the beginning of Pirates of the Caribbean (just before the Capt. Barbossa scene) exists to take you under the Railroad Tracks. The building's entrance and exit is in Adventureland, but the ride building itself extends out much further.

I did NOT know that! What a cool piece of trivia this week. We only really learned to appreciate this attraction a few years ago when we finally broke down and became addicted to the movies.
ReplyDeleteOooh I love the movies! Can't wait for #5!!!
DeleteThat is an awesome piece of trivia! I didn't know that.
ReplyDeleteI can't not think of that on every ride now that I know!
DeleteI had no idea and this is my favorite attraction! Great tidbit of information!
ReplyDeleteGlad I could contribute to further knowledge! Such a great ride.
DeleteVery cool! Thanks for sharing that trivia!
ReplyDeleteMy pleasure!
DeleteI knew it, but it's still a great piece of trivia! Thanks for sharing it with us. Have you ever been to Disneyland? If not, make plans some time and check out POTC at Disneyland -- in my opinion, it is night and day better than at WDW, and I wouldn't have thought that possible before going over there!
ReplyDeleteThanks,
Mike
I'm so interested to hear that, Mike! We are planning a trip to Disneyland next summer (my first, my hubby's second), and this is one of the attractions I'm most looking forward to! I can't wait to see where it all started!!
